Highlands Ranch Mansion
A Park & Recreation Fundraising Campaign
Our Goal
The Highlands Ranch Park & Recreation Foundation has committed to raise
$250,000 to purchase furnishings and artwork for the Highlands Ranch Mansion.
The furnishings and artwork will reflect the style of eras past, and will
be enjoyed by the many future visitors of the Mansion and Future Historic Park.
The Vision
In 2010, Shea Homes conveyed ownership of the Mansion and future Historic
Park land to the Highlands Ranch Metro District. Shortly thereafter, the
Metro District closed the facility to public use to begin a renovation of the
22,000 square foot building.
Once completed in mid 2012, the Mansion will be a focal point in the
community where residents can gather, celebrate and experience the lifestyle of
years gone by at this western estate.
